Hi there!

I'm glad you have found my page, FirstStateGirl302. Just like one of Delaware's many nicknames, "The Small Wonder", my page is a small wonder among many in a sea of infinite blogs.
I have been so inspired by bloggers, and YouTube bloggers, and all sorts of social media...

So I wanted to start my own Blog!

I want this blog to be inspired by my beautiful State's small wonders (or treasures). I will take photos, post videos, and write to show that small towns can be the host to diamonds in the rough.


Please follow me as I travel to local Delaware places like museums, gardens, local and retail shops, beaches, hidden roads, and much more.
I like to say there is a little something for each person if you give it a try.

If you are anything like me you were drinking coffee, decaf or not, while wishing you were curled up in bed or the day was half way over. On the bright side here in Delaware, it is warming up little-by-little!

I also feel good because a local cafe @GovCafe (Govenor's Cafe in Dover, Delaware) is trying to help their bartender Todd who is very shortly getting bilateral hip replacements. I went ahead and sent a donation his way on his go fund me page since I won't be able to make the drive to Dover in the next few weeks. I hope all goes well for Todd and that he has a speedy recovery!

I do plan on taking a trip down to Dover in the next few months.

I think tonight will earn me a glass of wine that I purchased over the weekend.

This is a new wine I am trying for the first time so I will let you know how I like it.
